Very nice, calm apartment as a shared flat. The apartment has 5 rooms (all about 12 - 20 sqm), a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bathroom with bath and toilet (and a washing machine). The apartment is close to the Blaha Lujza Ter and Astoria metro station. It is modernly furnished, completely with IKEA furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything your heart desires: Wash machine, oven, microwave, kettle, and dishes. The apartment is warm and everything works fine! The room, 13 square meters, is fully furnished with IKEA: A large double bed (200x140), a desk and a wardrobe. Towels and bed sheets are included. Location The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the old building in Rakoczi ut 28. (very well-known street with lots of clubs and bars in the near.), The ELTE University, as well as Corvinus University are also only 10-15 minutes walk away. All other universities and the center are from the Blaha Lujza Ter and Astoria (metro, tram, numerous buses, also night bus) very quickly accessible. The apartment is very close to supermarkets such as Spar, Tesco, ABC Ronnie. Flatshare Type The new roommates will move in from February, so I can not say much about the flatmmates. So far, two other rooms are booked by two students. But I can say that if you like to party, it is possible but also possible to just study in your room. A visit can be organized flexibly in coordination with the current roommates.
