Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Poble Sec, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk to the Green Metro Line, offering excellent connections to the city center and university area. Bus 55 stops right in front of the apartment, taking you to the center in just 5 minutes! Enjoy a peaceful environment surrounded by parks, just a 10-minute walk from the Olympic Village and Parc Montjuïc. Apartment Features: Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary home appliances to prepare delicious meals. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Smart TV in the living room and high-speed WiFi included. Spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed. RENTAL CONDITION In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee Bills: Internet is included in the rental price. Water, electricity, and gas bills are paid separately, estimated at €100-€150 per month. At the end of your tenancy, actual consumption will be calculated, and any difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. Deposit: Up to 6 months rental: One month’s rent as a deposit. More than 6 months rental: Two months’ rent as a deposit. Rental Requirements: Students: A guarantor (usually a parent) is required. Workers: Must provide their three most recent payslips and employment contract. Self-employed tenants: Can provide their tax declaration. If you prefer not to provide documents, you can pay rent and bills upfront. Contracts: Contracts will be sent via email to each tenant and guarantor. All parties (including guarantors) must digitally sign the contract before moving in. The contract must be fully signed, and the full payment made before check-in. Check-In Process: Office Check-In: Tenants must collect keys at our office at Carrer de Llacuna 94 between Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with a valid ID. Late Check-In at Apartment: An agent will deliver the keys for: €25 for check-ins after 9 PM €40 for check-ins after 11 PM (payable in cash) If documents are missing, contracts unsigned, or payments incomplete, check-in will be rescheduled to the next working day. Payment Options: You can pay your balance in three ways: Cash – Pay in our office (only available for weekday check-ins before 6 PM). Card – Pay in our office or via an instant payment link (a 2.5% card fee applies). Bank Transfer – The full amount must be received in our account before check-in. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
