At the end of the rental contract, actual consumption will be calculated, and the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant's and guarantor's email address. Contracts must be digitally signed by all individuals mentioned in the contract, including the guarantor. - The contract must be fully signed before check-in. CHECK-IN: Tenants must come to our office with a valid ID Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, to pick up the keys.
