The apartment is situated in the Rotterdam city centre, nearby the famous `Markthal`, shops, restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are on a walking distance of 2 minutes. The apartment has a panoramic view over the Maas. You can bike to the Erasmus Medical Centre and the Erasmus University in five minutes. The master bedroom offers space for three tenants. There are two bedrooms and a loggia for the third tenant. The loggia also has a desk and a mattress. Registration at the City Hall is obliged. The total rent is € 1.895,00.
