This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Cozy Penthouse in the Heart of Barcelona with Private Terrace This charming 45m2 penthouse is located on the second floor of a building with very few neighbors in the center of Barcelona. The apartment offers a comfortable living space, including two exterior-facing bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a cozy living room. One of the highlights of this apartment is its private 20m2 terrace, where tenants are welcome to relax and enjoy daily use without any conditions. Please note that the terrace is a shared element of the building, and tenants should be aware that it is a common area.
