Hay un pequeño balcón que tiene vistas hacia la tranquila calle donde se encuentra la finca. La vivienda se encuentra en uno de los barrios de moda de la ciudad, Sant Antoni, excelente ubicación, muy céntrica, lo que permite un fácil acceso a los diferentes puntos de la ciudad y a la red de transporte público, restaurantes, cine y comercios. ------------- Cosy apartment y newly refurbished. Excellent, brand-new apartment of 30m2 newly refurbished and totally equipped. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with everything needed for its use. It also has a small dining room that takes you to the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and shelves. From there you access to the bathroom which has been just finished, the entire apartment has wooden floors and there is a small balcony with views to a quiet street. The property is located in one of the trendiest and centric districts of the city, Sant Antoni. Its great location provides easy access to different points of the city and to several means of transport, restaurants, cinemas and shops. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month's rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 103 euro VAT included for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests. 3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + VAT 4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent 5 - Bills: Non-refundable fixed cost of €80 per person and a minimum of €160 per apartment 6 - Fees: Cleaning fee: 140 VAT included 7 - Administrative Management, Contract preparation:170€ VAT included 8 – Internet: 15€ After your reservation will be confirmed, you will get the official confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 quotes.
