Room: The room is around 25 m2 big and is fully furnished with a bed, couch, table, wardrobe etc. Public Transport: U6/U4 Spittelau and all main tram lines are in 3 min walking distance away and get you very easily where you want to go. You can check out all destinations on (hidden website) in ordern to see if the appartment is close to your destination. Universities: It takes around 15 min to get to Boku, University of Vienna or the TU. Location & Adress: Sommergase 3, 1190 Vienna Food & Sport Facilities: Euro Spar ,Hofer, Spar, Gyms, DM, banks are one block away. There are two gyms which are very closely located to the flat which are SportUnionDoebling and FitFabrik. Perfect for running along the Donau River or the Währinger Park. Rules: Use the toilet in a seated position, no shoes inside the flat. Please leave everything clean in particular the kitchen. If you want to invite guest, let me know in advance. Deposit: 1.500€ About Me: Most of the time I will be working. For me it is important that the flat is clean and that everyone respects and takes care of each other.
