There is a coin-operated laundry on the ground floor of the building. The price includes all expenses except for Internet and laundry costs. The contract registration fee ranges from 50 euros (for 6 months) to 120 euros (for one year). The 1000-euro security deposit includes 60 euros for final cleaning, as well as registration costs. The WiFi service is optional and costs 20 euros per month, allowing one device to connect at a time. This cost is listed under "other optional costs".
