In a tranquil area with stunning view friendly and safe neighborhood in a friendly small town close to Rotterdam. 20 min drive by car or 32 minits with public transportation to Erasmus University. Its a family house, which you will share with the house owner (female) a student (female) and a cat. So being a cat lover is a must. The owner will spend a lot of the time abroad, so then you will have the complete house for you to use by yourself and the other roommate. (but request to take care of the cat during that time) One nice size room, 2.65 m x 4.15 m with a beautiful view is yours. The room has a bed/couch but also placing a seperate bed is possible. Everything can be discussed....
