Modern, sunny apartment for students, especially for one couple on the 6th floor with elevator The apartment is located in the 5th dictrict near the Technical University, the Commerce, not far from Central Station. Within 2 to 3 minutes walk you reach the tram station of line 1, 62 and the night bus. You reach easily the 1st district, Karlsplatz and the Opera House with the tram, as well as Belvedere castle. On the Wiedner Main Street you find several shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and banks. Nearby are two parks and a fitness center. The apartment is on the 6th floor in a lift house. It consists of an anteroom, living-room with a dining corner, sofa, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, cleaning room and a very large bedroom. In the kitchen is fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher. The costs for energy are not included. Next to it is a storage room. Choose your internet provider. Many firms offer a better fee for students, therefore it is not included. Innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß ist die Station der Straßenbahnlinie 1 und 62, die in der Nacht durch eine Buslinie ersetzt wird. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind der erste Bezirk, Karlsplatz, Oper sowie das Schloss Belveder gegenüber des Bahnhofes leicht zu erreichen. Auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße befinden sich viele Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Banken, Apotheke, Kaffees und Speiselokale. Ein Fitness-Center und zwei Parks sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 6. Stock in einem Lifthaus. Sie besteht aus Vorzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Megasofa sowie einem großen Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist von der Toilette getrennt. In der Küche befindet sich ein Herd mit Backrohr, Spüle, Eiskasten und Geschirrspüler. Daneben ist ein Abstellraum. Für Studenten bieten einige Firmen günstige Tarife an, daher ist die Internetgebühr nicht im Preis inkludiert. Ich würde mich freuen, Sie als Mieter bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen....
