The apartment is located In Via Bissuola 120, a few meters away from the city centre of Mestre, and it is made up of: 5 Huge Single Bedrooms, a fully equipped Kitchen, a very wide Terrace, 1 Bathroom and a Super Relax Room, where you can watch TV or spend some time with your friends and housemates. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet: the apartment is close to Parco Bissuola, the ideal place to have a walk or do some exercises outdoor. Moreover, the apartment is very close to the Old Town: If you walk along the street, in a few minutes you can reach the city centre of Mestre. The bus stop is just in front of the building and here you can catch the bus to go to Venice (There is a bus every 10 minutes). The building is very quiet and in the area you can find bars, restaurants, pastry shops the Supermarket Alì, that is 2 minutes away from the house, and many other shops. THE COST OF SINGLE ROOM "C" WITH DOUBLE BED IS € 430 Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
