The apartment is approximately 80 sqm and is located on the third floor of a typical Turin historic building (no elevator). The apartment is equipped with central heating. Heating costs (not included) depend on consumption. During the winter season the heating costs must be added (about 150 euros per month from November to April). In case of renting for more than two people, an extra monthly fee may be applied. Located in Via Baiardi, it is a few minutes walk from the Metro stop (Corso Spezia).
