Description
The 12 m2 room is in the ground floor of our house and has toilet, bathroom with shower and kitchen will be shared with up to two other tenants. We prefer tenants that are disciplined, considerate and reliable and you must be able to keep the areas tidy and clean. The rooms is furnished with bed, table, chairs, closet etc. The garden and external areas can be used. Our home is located in a small town in a very peaceful place in the country side, surrounded by forests and near lakes, yet only 30 km from the center of Copenhagen. It takes approx. 1 hour 20 min to DTU/Lyngby with public traffic. A bus is driving to Allerød or Farum going twice per hour....
