It is a 6 minute walk to Jinshajiang Road Metro and Global Harbor. 10 minute walk to Zhongshan Park metro, Cloud 9, and Carrefour. Me and my girl split up so I want someone to take over my contract. The entire apartment is for $(hidden phone number) a month for internet, all utilities are paid for. You would simply be taking over my contract if you wanted the whole apartment. There are a total of 8 months left on the contract starting at the end of August, but you can move in sooner. I am sure the landlord would agree to write about a new contract for a year or two years if you wanted. If you take over my contract you will not have to pay a commission fee which saves you over 3000 yuan. The master bathroom is huge and the front bathroom has two vanities and mirrors. This is a very big apartment and has several different sections and does not feel like a big box like many other Shanghai apartments. This apartment is very unique and is in an safe apartment complex where security guards are regularly posted and patrolling.
