The apartment is next to the Bocconi University,l (1000 meters from Piazza Duomo) and very close to the Navigli area The accommodation is very convenient because the monthly rent includes all household expenses, light, gas, electricity and wi-fi. Also included is weekly room cleaning with change of sheets and towels. Provision of bathrobe as well. Shared use of the second bathroom. Shared use of the kitchen solely for preparing and eating one's own meals. Presence of all household appliances. Dishwasher and washing machine included. Ideal situation for serious, polite, quiet and very clean person. No animals. No smokers. It is not allowed to bring other people into the house.
