Nice studio very close to Cologne ́s trade fair The apartment is 24 sqm large and modern furnished. In the room there is a comfortable king size bed (1,80 x 2m), a wardrobe and a TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Free WiFi is also provided. A weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available on request for € 48,00 per week. The apartment in the Siegesstraße is very close to Cologne ́s trade fair (Köln Messe). The neighbourhood also offers everything you can expect from Cologne: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to bars, nightclubs and many small individual shops. hopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the apartment is located close to the Rhine, where you have many opportunities to spend your free time. All important destinations are within walking distance. The main station at the cathedral is 20 minutes walk away and from Bf Köln Messe/Deutz, underground lines go in all directions (more info at (hidden)). The airport is only 10 minutes away with the train. (Stop: Köln Messe / Deutz, 200 m from the apartment) City-Tax: since 01.12.2014 the city of Cologne charges a culture promotion tax (bed tax) of 5% of the rent. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 48,00 pro Woche möglich. Das Apartment in der Siegesstraße liegt sehr nah an der Messe (Köln/Deutz). Der Stadtteil Deutz bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Vielfalt von gastronomischen Angeboten aller Art. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nah am Rhein, wo man viele Möglichkeiten hat, seine Freizeit zu gestalten. Alle wichtigen Ziele sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist 20 Gehminuten entfernt und vom Bf Köln Messe/Deutz fahren U-Bahnlinien in alle Richtungen (mehr Infos unter (hidden)). Der Flughafen ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Zug entfernt. (Haltestelle: Köln Messe/Deutz, 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt) City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern....
