Description

Little cosy apartment at Eigelstein The 23 sqm studio apartment is very modern and comfortable furnished. There is a comfortable queen size bed (1,60m x 2m), a separate small kitchen with a fridge, hob, electric kettle, a coffee machine and a small table with two chairs. The bath has a shower. A blow-dryer, towels and linens for the bed are supplied. A TV and free WiFi are also available. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 48.00 per week possible. The Eigelstein is one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Cologne. If you want to experience the Cologne way of life up close, the Eigelstein is a must! This beloved area offers everything you could expect from Cologne: from traditional breweries and exquisite restaurants to scene bars and nightclubs. Nice boutiques and cafes are also just around the corner. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment, however, is located in a quiet corner of the quarter and is ideal for business people or students. At the stop Hansaring ( approx. 200m from the apartment) you can find the subway lines 12 and 15 as well as various trains that take you to the airport and nearby cities such as Bonn and Düsseldorf. If you arrive by car, you are well advised to park the car outside the urban area. In the whole city centre of Cologne, parking is subject to a fee and limited to a few hours. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay....

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
