There is a comfortable kingsize bed (1,80m x 2m). It has a separate kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and a coffee machine. The bath has a shower. A blow-dryer, towels and linens for the bed are supplied. A TV and free WiFi are also available. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 78.00 per week possible. The apartment is located in the modern centre of Cologne in the popular Belgian Quarter. The neighbourhood has everything you can expect from Cologne in the immediate vicinity: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to trendy bars and nightclubs. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. From the tram stop Friesenplatz (200 meters) there are underground lines that go in all directions (more info on (hidden)). Cologne ́s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is 20 minutes walking distance. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent.
