Comfortable and charming apartment located 5 minutes walk from Rossio Square (hypercentre), 3 subways and tram stations as well as trains to Sintra. The apartment of 45m2 includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, equipped with a sofa bed, open onto the kitchen fully equipped. Very pleasant and very well located to discover Lisbon. The price is of 1500 euros for the month of July and August and 950 euros for the other months. It includes water, electricity, gaz (up to 80 euros), house running costs and internet. A liability insurance is requested as well as a month rent deposit (950 euros).
