It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a large bath with a bathtub. A nice terrace is also for you to enjoy. A TV and free WiFi are included. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 78.00 per week possible. The apartment is located in the commercial center of Cologne between Neumarkt and Friesenplatz. The house entrance is not on the Ehrenstrasse but on the back of the house via the Gerhard-Winkler-Hof. In the immediate vicinity is everything you can expect from Cologne: from the traditional Brauhaus and exquisite restaurants to scenebars and nightclubs. From the Friesenplatz (550 m) and Neumarkt (550m), go subway lines in all directions. The main railway station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is a 15-minute walk away. Shopping for the daily needs are available in the street and the immediate surroundings. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Eine schöne große Terrasse gehört auch zur Wohnung. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 78,00 pro Woche möglich. Die Wohnung liegt im geschäftlichen Zentrum Kölns zwischen Neumarkt und Friesenplatz. Der Hauseingang befindet sich nicht auf der Ehrenstrasse sondern auf der Rückseite des Hauses erreichbar über den Gerhard-Winkler-Hof. In unmittelbarer Nähe wird alles geboten, was man von Köln erwarten kann: vom traditionellen Brauhaus und exquisiten Restaurants bis zu Szenebars und Nachtclubs. Vom Friesenplatz (550 m) und Neumarkt (550m) gehen U-Bahnlinien in allen Richtungen. Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in der Straße und der unmittelbaren Umgebung vorhanden. City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern....
