My apartment is in an ancient, quiet street in the historic centre of Florence, between Piazza San Marco and San Lorenzo central market (Via San Zanobi). It can be easily reached by a short walk from Santa Maria Novella railway station (15 minutes). The apartment is carefully furnished with all comfort . It is ideal for a couple or for 2 friends that want to share the same bedroom . It is on the first floor (no lift but only 20 confortable steps) ; It is composed by a small entry, a comfortable big living room with the kitchen/meals area and the living area with a double sofa bed for some occasional guest; ONE bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 kingsize bed; a bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and 2 windows. The kitchen area is fully equipped (with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen tools, corkscrew), fridge, gaz stove , electric kettle, microwaves oven, toaster, coffee-maker). Hairdryer, washing machine, iron, iron board, drying rack are also provided. The apartment is equipped with individual gaz heating, air conditioning (both in the bedroom and in the living room), dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen SmartTV 40” , WIFI /cable unlimited hi -speed Internet connection.
