El piso està muy bien situado, a 5 minutos del metro (linea verde parada Vallcarca). Al doblar la esquina hay todo tipo de supermercados, panaderia, fruteria, farmacia, etc. Tambien hay un gimnasio a 10 minutos (hidden website) , tambien esta la biblioteca Jaume Fuster a 10 minutos. Normas las habituales para una fàcil convivencia, limpieza, orden. Por las mañanas trabajo en una farmacia, però estoy a 5 minutos de casa. Para llevar amigos se tendra que consultar, evidentemente fiestas NO. Estoy en una comunidad de vecinos y se respeta el ruido, a partir de las 22h. hay que respetar los ruidos. Si se pierden las llaves abra q cambiar la herradura de la entrada al edificio y la herradura de la entrada en el piso, todo a cuenta del inquilino, tambien todo lo que se rompa.
