This cosy single room is part of a four bedrooms house that includes: one single room (that I'm advertising here), a 3 beds room, a double room and a 3 beds room. This place can be reached by bus from the airport in just 15 mins and is located in a very well served area: from markets to public transports. Universities are close and can be reached in an easy and fast way; public transports stops are just a few minutes walking from the house: - 3 and 4 mins: two different laundries - 4 mins: bus stop (bus 4L takes you to Venice in 10 mins) - 12 mins: train station - 12 mins: bus/coach station to reach areas and cities in the whole region If the tenant leaves the rental property earlier than the reservation period, a portion of the security deposit will be withheld.
