L'appartamento è composto da una cucina abitabile con balcone, un bagno, uno sgabuzzino, 4 camere in totale (una doppia e una singola già occupate). Posto in bici in un cortile accessibile dall'interno del palazzo (chiuso a chiave). Prezzo delle singole: Camera più grande con letto a una piazza e mezza: 280; Camera più piccola: 260; Al prezzo dell'affitto vanno aggiunti 26,60 euro che comprendono internet, acqua e condominio.
