TOTALLY READY TO LIVE!!!! Cleaning twice a month 3h for common areas included. It's located 5min walking from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, 7 min walking from Metro and Train Station (Getafe Central), 3 min from the center of Getafe and 20min from the heart of our beloved Madrid. 30 min Campus Universidad Carlos III in Leganés o Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Fuenlabrada, Alcorcón).
