It is a square type room, with a small cut off corner at one side, a high ceiling and a window in the roof. Size: 14,5 m2 floor space. This room is located at a corner of the house. Please note, the furniture on the picture is NOT included. However, the actual tenant will leave a desk, a chair and a double mattress. In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/showers/toilets, a nice terrace to have your grillparties. There is a bicycle shed that can be locked for a safe storage of your bicycle. Shops are closeby at 300 m, trainstation to Enschede only 3 min by bike (600 m). You will be living with 7 other students, who are all studying in Enschede, either at university, academy or art college, or Germany. If you are a non EU citizen and studying in the Netherlands on a visum, I am not allowed to rent this room to you; in that case you should be looking for a room in the Netherlands. Beware: the net rent of this room is € 231,--; utility bills and internet costs € 84,--; so all inclusive rent is € 315,--. The rent all-inclusive includes rent, gas, water, electricity, municipal and council taxes, glass fibre internet, insurance for the house and use of all equipment. There is one minor tax bill that comes on the house (€ 55,08 quarterly) which is paid by all students together so about € 2,25 pcm. Insurance for your personal belongings and personal accountability should be made by yourself. I will use a rental agreement of my own, not the one used by Housing Anywhere....
