Todo exterior y con mucha luz, tiene dos cuartos de baño, cocina equipada con todo y habitaciones también equipadas (armario y perchas, espejo, mesa y silla de estudio, cama, radiador, ventilador, cerradura con llave interior y exterior.....). Situado en pleno centro a dos minutos de la Universidad de la Merced y cinco de la catedral. Edificio en buen estado y piso con los baños nuevos. Cualquier duda te la resuelvo con gus.....
