Very nice and large room in a great and safe neighbourhood of Rotterdam close to the center of the city, Erasmus Medical Center and TU Deft. In this neighbourhood there are also many sudents from Erasmus University, it is a popular studensts area. The room is about 20 m2, it is situated in a renovated apartment building. This room is a part of a 3 room apartment. The apartment is fully isolated, all windows are with double glas, the heating system is brand new. There are a washing machine and a dryer available. The room is also fully furnished, a private fridge is available. The bathroom and toilet are shared with only 1 International student. In front of the apartment building there is a metro station. Erasmus Medical Center can also be reached in 15 minutes by bike and Erasmus University is about 25 minutes cycling. TU Delft can be reached in about 30 minutes by public transport. A supermarket is located beside the metro station. The minimum rent period is 1 year. We are doing everything according the rules, registration is possible....
