Siamo in Via Clemente Primodì, praticamente di fronte al pronto soccorso dell'ospedale San't Orsola, posizione ideale per studenti di Medicina e co. vicina alle mura e fornita di tutti i servizi (supermercati, baretti, lavanderie, fermate 27, 25, 19, ecc..) L'affitto è appunto di 190 euro mensili, firma del contratto a Giugno e due mensilità di caparra. Ambiente sereno, gayfriendly e, tra una birretta e qualche cena, ci si rispetta e si cerca di tenere in ordine!
