If you arrive by car, you are well advised to park the car outside the urban area. In the whole city centre of Cologne, parking is subject to a fee and limited to a few hours. City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete.
