It offers a kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine and kettle as well as a small table with two chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. A TV and free WiFi are also available. A weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available on request for € 66,00 per week. The apartment is located in the Latin Quarter, close to Rathenauplatz and Zülpicherstraße. The Latin Quarter is one of Cologne's trendiest (hidden) and hotspot for students and people who want to enjoy the urban flair of the city. The “Veedel” offers diverse shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, all within a few minutes' walk. The hip Zülpicherstraße with many nice boutiques and studios is also in within walking distance. Supermarkets and drugstores are just around the corner. The central location of the apartment is ideal for students, new residents and professionals. Although the apartment is right in the middle of the action, the building is located in a side street in a quiet corner. At the stop Zülpicher Platz (approx. 350 m) subway lines run in all directions. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014 the city of Cologne charges a culture promotion tax (bed tax) of 5% of the rent. We have been obliged by the city of Cologne to collect this tax from our guests with a private stay. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich. Die Wohnung liegt im Kwartier Latäng, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rathenauplatz und Zülpicherstraße. Das Kwartier Latäng ist Kölns Szenenviertel und Hotspot für Studenten sowie Leute, die den urbanen Flair von Köln genießen wollen. Das Veedel bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes, die in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind. Die lebendige Zülpicherstraße mit vielen Boutiquen und Ateliers ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe. An der Haltestelle Zülpicher Platz (ca. 350 m) fahren U-Bahn Linien in allen Richtungen (Mehr Info auf (hidden)). City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete.
