The price includes the condominium fees and you can also have a safe parking slot for your bike. For stays up to six months, it is approximately €100 each. - Cleaning of the apartment: a cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, terraces, corridor, balconies).
