Double room in Erasmus house Ljubljana (also single use) with direct exit to big balcony available for rent (350/month with bills included for single use and 500 for 2 persons). Room is very bright, with window and balcony door, 18 m2, fully furnished with 2 bed, 2 wardrobe, 2 tabel, 2 chair and many additional shelves, blinds, plus balcony furniture. Flatmates: are friendly, open, peaceful students - mostly Erasmus. Usually they socialize also between flats. We have a (hidden) page, where all in our house are connected. Flat: 250 m2, 7 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, plus extra toilet, big kitchen with dinning, utility with your own big shelf, 2 refrigerators with freezers and big balconies, where you can enjoy the sun. Washing machine is also available. Building: The flat is a part of our peaceful residential 5-apartment building, with an extra place outside for your bike (we can also provide one on request) and with fenced parking space available for rent. Free Wi-Fi is available inside and outside the building. All flats are non-smoking (allowed only outside). Location: It is on a great, very popular and green location in Ljubljana, just 5 minutes away from walking/jogging path PST, which goes around the city and same to Ljubljanica river, 800 m from Botanical garden, very popular city beach Špica and smaller hill Golovec, just 1,5 km from Old part of Ljubljana and 2,5 from Triple bridge, Presern square (the central point, from where we measure distance) and Ljubljana castle. Nearby the building you can find super market, bakery, pharmacy, post office, health centre, dentist, fitness centre, butcher, pizza house and very popular pub and restaurant. Only 1,5 km away is big shopping mall Rudnik. You can reach city centre walking in 20 min, cycling in 5 min, by bus 10 min. There are plenty of city busses in vicinity: 27 (Galjevica), 19B, 19I (Livada), 3, 3B, 3G, N3, N3B (Rakovnik) and BicikeLJ stop. Landlord: I am very social and have been living as a tenant for 10 years before I became a landlord, so I know everything about that kind of living and sharing. I also rent out apartments for tourists in the very city centre, they are very popular and won 2 awards, so if your family or friends will come to see you, check them out - sLOVEnian ART STORY. There you can also see reviews regarding me :) I live in the same building, so if you need me, I can always help, but otherwise my flat and garden are completely divided from flats we rent out, so we don't share anything and we don't see each other. But I am at your disposal. Pets: No. Bedding: On request - 10 eur per month (includes ones per month wash and dry). Parking: On request - 25 eur per month Bicycle: On request - 15 eur per month Security deposit = same as 1 month rent with bills, returned when leaving if everything is returned as agreed, cleaning fee 15 eur/room when leaving, we also provide cleaning service once per week for common spaces (expense 10/person per month).
