The apartment is situated in the Rotterdam city centre, nearby the famous `Markthal`, the many shops, restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are on a 2 minutes walking distance. The apartment has an amazing view over the Maas, the harbour and the famous "Oudehaven" with its White House and its many restaurants and bars, only on walking distance of just 5 minutes. The Erasmus University is located on a 8 minutes biking distance, the Erasmus Medical Centre is located on a 5 minutes biking distance. Trams, the subway and trains are nearby on a 3 minute walking distance. There are two equally sized bedrooms. The bedrooms offer space for 3 students (there are two kingsize beds in 2 bedrooms) . In total this apartment can house 3 people. Registration at the City Hall is obliged. The total exclusive rent is € 2.150,00. Service costs € 45,00. The total inclusive rent is Euro 2.195,00.
