Location: Excellent public transport access, with a subway station nearby for easy commuting. It takes approximately 25 to 35 minutes to reach TU Dortmund University by public transport from the apartment. Additional Information: Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. A one-time administration fee of €76 applies.
