I offer my this private room with a double bed. Room with a nice balcony, in a fully furnished and large flat. The room is the biggest one in my flat, with a sofa, a big desk with chair, CD player and a large screen that you can connect to your PC and work from remote. WIFI unlimited and all consumes are included. In A/W months the price is 750 Euro all included. Bed linen and towels furnished if you need. I ask 1month as min period of rent. Final cleaning 50 euro are always requested. NOTE BELOW I need to inform you that before any kind of final confirmation, I need to have a video call to know you and to present me. This is very important for me. So if we go throught the acceptance, we can see our private contacts just after it and we could organize a call in the next days and I will give you the final confirmation or cancel the booking. You don't have to worry about the refunding of the payment that you will make, as the platform will refund you the full amount if I won't confirm the booking. Thank you...
