The house is inserted in a town very well and quiet condominium. Area well served by all kinds of public transport - trams 14- Sant'Agostino Metro Green Line - Bus: 91. A strategic position to reach the most prestigious universities in Milan, Piazza Duomo. Surrounded by trendy bars, shops, and museums. The apartment has just been restored and renovated with finishes and furnishings. Fully furnished and equipped. Altogether there are three large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room / common room with a small terrace a spacious entrance hallway and a nice closet. Each room is equipped to be autonomous and independent with their own locks. There is a living/study area with a library and a sleeping area with beds and large closets with drawers. The whole house is equipped with electric shutters. The floors are marble and parquet. Below is a detailed description of the rooms: -Prices shown include all expenses: condominium, heating, water, garbage tax, electricity bills, gas, fast wifi in fiber, TV. (75 euros per person) -We provide every room first of the sheets and towels kit. As well as all the equipment of duvets. -It will be made a regular rental contract for each room: payment method: 1) advance deposit equivalent to one month and will be retained as a security deposit. 2) From the day of the keys: monthly payment of the rent installment. - We work with biweekly contracts, this means that the contract needs to start and end either the 1st or the 15th of each month. - Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 to 19. Check-in after 19, during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national bank holidays, are possible only after our confirmation and paying an extra fee. - In case of early check out without the 2 months notice stated in the contract the deposit won't be refunded. L’abitazione è inserita all’ interno di un condominio molto signorile ben abitato e silenzioso. Circondata da locali alla moda, negozi e musei. L’alloggio è appena stato ristrutturato e rinnovato con finiture e arredi di pregio. E’ completamente arredato e corredato. Complessivamente ci sono tre ampie stanze, un cucinotto, un soggiorno/pranzo comune con un piccolo terrazzino un ampio disimpegno d’ingresso e un bel ripostiglio. Ogni stanze è attrezzata per essere autonoma e indipendente con le proprie serrature. C’è una zona living/studio con libreria e una zona notte con letti e ampi armadi con cassettiere. Tutta la casa è dotata di tapparelle elettriche. I pavimenti sono i marmo e in parquet. Qui di seguito una descrizione dettagliata delle camere: I prezzi indicati includo tutte le spese: condominio, riscaldamento, acqua, tassa immondizie, bollette luce, gas, connessione wifi veloce in fibra, TV. Mettiamo a disposizione di ogni stanza un primo kit di lenzuola e asciugamani. Nonche tutto il corredo di piumoni. Verrà fatto un normale contratto di affitto per ogni stanza: metodo di pagamento: 1) caparra confirmatoria equivalente a una mensilità e verrà trattenuta come cauzione. 2) Dal giorno di consegna delle chiavi: pagamento a scadenza mensile della rata di affitto. - Check-in sono possibili dal lunedi al venerdi dalle 9 alle 19. Sara' possibile effettuare il check-in dopo le 19, durante i weekend o durante festività' solamente se viene confermato da noi e pagando una extra-fee da accordare. Per richiesta di contratto da registrare va pagato €200 per ogni contratto più le spese di registrazione all'agenzia delle entrate che qualora fosse una cedolare secca niente, non avrebbe nessun costo, se invece si tratta di una società sono circa altri €70 Varia dal valore del canone di affitto...
