The 2- person shared room is part of a beautiful apartment (100 m2) and it shares common areas with 2 other private rooms and 1 more Shared room ( 4 rooms in total). You will have 1 room-mate and a total of 7 house mates, with whom you will share the common areas. The very bright apartment has high ceilings and fully equipped rooms, and it consists of 4 single bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Kitchen utensils, powerful Wi-Fi, and a washing machine all are included :) The pictures are for representational purpose and the house and the room is similar, but not the same. There is no Balcony to the room. The property is part of the Moabit district, a multicultural residential neighborhood north of Tiergarten park, and it provides all the necessary amenities to have an easy life.
