Así mismo, abundan en la zona todo tipo de comercios, desde tiendas de ropa y zapatos, perfumerías y supermecados, hasta restaurantes, bares y terrazas. A pocos minutos se encuentran varias de las zonas verdes más importantes de Madrid: el parque de El Retiro, el parque del Oeste – Templo de Debod, Madrid rio y la Casa de Campo, lugares de esparcimiento donde pasear, practicar deporte y relajarse....
