Como todas las habitaciones de EASO están dentro de un piso compartido, en total viven 12 estudiantes, comparten la cocina, 3 cuartos de baño, un aseo y los electrodomésticos. La calle Chinchilla está en el centro de Madrid, entre la calle Gran Vía y la Puerta del Sol. Es una zona muy turística en la que se encuentran muchos lugares y edificios históricos y también muchos cines, teatros, cafeterías y restaurantes. El centro de Madrid es una de las zonas de compras más importante de la ciudad, con varias calles peatonales que facilitan el desplazamiento y permiten realizar las compras con toda comodidad. En esta zona se encuentra la mayor parte de la oferta cultural de la ciudad: el Círculo de Bellas Artes, la sede del Instituto Cervantes, los teatros Lope de Vega y Coliseum y los cines Capitos y Callao, entre otros. Así mismo, abundan en la zona todo tipo de comercios, desde tiendas de ropa y zapatos, perfumerías y supermecados, hasta restaurantes, bares y terrazas. A pocos minutos se encuentran varias de las zonas verdes más importantes de Madrid: el parque de El Retiro, el parque del Oeste – Templo de Debod, Madrid rio y la Casa de Campo, lugares de esparcimiento donde pasear, practicar deporte y relajarse....
