We have 3 bedrooms in (hidden)ment of our house in a beautiful and quite neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly some having children. Each bedroom has 120x200 bed, desk, chair, and closet. Perfect for students. The apartment is part of our house, but it has a private entrance. The apartment is divided into three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and laundry room. The apartment is located in 200 Kópavogur, close to nature and green areas e.g., Öskjuhlíð, Nauthólsvík beach, Fossvogsdalur. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all the necessities you need. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Bathroom has a shower. Various services are close by, e.g., 2 low cost food stores, swimming pool, gym, bakery, and a cafe. Besides, there are beautiful hiking trails along the coastline of Ægisíða and Fossvogsdalur. It is very easy to take both the flybus to Hamraborg from the airport (8 minutes walking distance from the apartment) and to take the bus downtown or take an electric bike (Hopp) along the seashore to downtown...
