Piso muy amplio situado en una zona muy tranquila, junto a la Plaza de España. Está muy cerca del centro y de los puntos más importantes de la ciudad. Además, está bien comunicado gracias diferentes líneas de autobuses y al metro. El salón es muy luminoso y cuenta con una pequeña terraza. Está amueblado con un sofá, varios sillones, mesa de comedor, sillas.. La cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios. El cuarto de baño también está completamente equipado. Por último, el piso cuenta con tres dormitorios, dos individuales y uno doble. Cómoda habitación doble, muy luminosa y completamente amueblada: cama de matrimonio, escritorio y gran armario entre otro mobiliario. Además, hay un calefactor y cuenta con ventanas exteriores. IMPORTANTE: además de la renta mensual, cada inquilino debe abonar una cuota fija mensual de 30,00 € que incluye el consumo de agua, comunidad e Internet.
