The house has three (furnished) rooms total, one large (14m2), one medium (11m2) and one small (6m2). All rooms are furnished and only for international students. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room (TV with Netflix account). From the large balcony you can see the Erasmus building. The small room is furnished with a high sleeper, a desk, a chair and a closet. Everything is located within walking distance, Erasmus (4 min.), supermarket (8 min.), tram (1 min.) and Metro (7 min.) which will take you to city center in 7 minutes. A mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in....

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
