Un estudio nuevo y muy bonito cerca del centro y de la Alameda de Hércules. Está justo al lado de la bonita iglesia San Martín. Hay una habitación grande donde está todo integrado (habitación, salón y cocina) y aparte un baño grande. En dicha habitación hay un sofá cama. Además hay un escritorio con silla, estanterías y TV. Al final de la habitación hay una cocina pequeña, nueva y bonita además de una gran mesa con cuatro sillas para comer. La cocina está totalmente equipada: nevera, lavadora, microondas, dos fuegos para cocinar y armarios para guardar comida y los electrodomésticos. La habitación es muy acogedora y tiene grandes ventanales que la hacen muy luminosa. Al lado del dormitorio hay un gran baño, totalmente completo (bañera/ducha, bidet, váter, lavabo con espejo). Además hay un armario grande para guardar ropa. Muy bonito y confortable. IMPORTANTE: además de la renta mensual, cada inquilino debe abonar una cuota fija mensual de 30,00 € que incluye la comunidad e Internet.
