El salón es amplio, exterior y cuenta con un pequeño balcón. Tiene tres sofás, dos mesas de comedor, ocho sillas, teléfono y TV. La cocina está completamente equipada, al igual que los baños. Los seis dormitorios están equipados con cama, escritorio, silla y armario. Es una habitación mediana y muy acogedora. Tiene una ventana que ilumina el cuarto. Está completamente equipado con todo lo que necesitas: una cama individu(hidden) mesita de noche, una estantería, un escritorio con una silla y una lámpara. IMPORTANTE: además de la renta mensual, cada inquilino debe abonar una cuota fija mensual de 20,00 € que incluye la comunidad e Internet.
