This is a lovely, quiet apartment right in the centre of Vienna, 2 minutes’ walk from Rathaus tube Station. The building is old with big rooms and high ceilings. The flat is 80m2 in total and was completely refurbished in 2013. We are offering to sublet the major part of the it for private use, retaining access to the second bedroom for our family and guests. There is a bedroom and a living room, both furnished, for your private use (40m2 in total). The living room is friendly and spacious with a big sofa and a dining table for 4. Bathroom and kitchen are modern and comfortable. They would be shared when someone is using the second bedroom. The kitchen is a little empty on the photos but it is fully equipped: oven, cooker, kettle, cooking utensils and tableware for at least 8 persons and we will be able to accommodate most wishes... coffee machine (Tchibo), toaster etc. The flat is on the first floor, no lift, accessible via a private entrance hall shared only with our office and our family. We have small children and noise is an issue for us and for our neighbours so we are looking for someone who is ok with a ban on parties and loud music....
