Price per room from 425 euro. The price includes rent, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, internet access WiFi, TV, furniture, water and condo fees. Over the rent, there is only electricity and gas(about 20 euro month) and heating during the winter. It's needed a deposit equal to one month rent.
