Description

Large room with a lovely view. The room is 27m2 and is located on the ground floor of a shared house. Because the room is the only one located on the ground floor, there is a lot of privacy. The room has a laminate floor, central heating and has access to the garden. We share kitchen, bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and two toilets (ground floor and second floor). Washing machine and dishwasher are available and the garage can be used for storage. It's less than a five-minute bike ride to Leiden Lammenschans. The city centre is a ten-minute bike ride away and supermarkets are at walking distance. Costs are 610 euros a month with a 610 euro deposit. About us: We are two Dutch girls and one Croatian girl.
