!!POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND TILL JULY 2019!! This room is located at a very short distance from Central Station Schiedam. According to google maps, 8 mins walking distance. From Schiedam to Rotterdam, this only takes 5 minutes by train or metro (commuting from and to Schiedam is very convenient, especially if you’re a student in Rotterdam or Delft). The student complex This room is part of a student complex that is equipped with all necessary facilities (shared kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathrooms, etc). The complex is also located in a quiet and friendly area which gives students the possibility to study without distraction. The building itself has been renovated a year ago and all rooms come furnished with a bed, closet & sofa (although this is not displayed in the pictures). ***Given the fact that the all private rooms are spacious, couples are also allowed to rent, but the monthly rent increases by 50e. Couples are also allowed to register. The monthly rent includes gas/water/electricity/internet "Monthly cleaning cost: 20 euro per month (excluded from the rental price)" WITH A POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND TILL 31ST OF JULY 2019...
