L'Hospitalet is a popular neighborhood in Barcelona for its proximity to the famous Camp Nou and also to the University. The flat has been completely renovated and furnished with brand new and modern furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped and all of the rooms have double beds. The living room is spacious and bright and has a sofa that will turn into a double bed in a second. It is ready to enter, don't miss your chance! Please read the rental conditions before booking the apartment RENTAL CONDITION Please note that we charge 16.33% per month rented as an agency commission, payable only once on or before the date of entry. Internet is included in the rental price, the rest of the bills will be paid separately (100/150 euros per month). To rent, students will have to provide information about a guarantor (should be their parents), while workers will be asked to present their last three payslips and their employment contract. The self-employed can present their d(hidden)ration of income.
